THIRD WEEK OF SECOND PHASE TEACHING PRACTICE

WEEKLY REPORT FROM 26/06/2023 to 03/07/2023

DAY 11- JUNE 26,2023

The first day of the first week in MKLMHSS, Kannannalloor. We entered the school on regular time and signed the attendance register. We went to the place allocated to us. Today I got one class in 8G in the third period. I started a new topic Volume and density. .I used learning aids like blackboard effectively to explain my concept. We left the school at 3.45 pm.

DAY 12-JUNE 27,2023

On Tuesday as per the timing we reached the school before 9 am and signed the register. After signing the attendance register I goes to the staffroom for my class. Today my class was in the first period in 9 A were I have to taken the topic Pascals law using chart and blackboard effectively to explain the concept. I conducted a diagnostic test in class 9A by taking a substitution period on the chapter Forces in fluids .It was a very different experience for the students and the students get a clear idea about the topic. We left the school by 3:45 pm.

The Government of Kerala provided two day holiday for celebrating BAKRID.

DAY 13-JUNE 30,2023

I Reached school on regular time. After signing the attendance register go to the place allocated to us. Today I had one class in 8G in the sixth period and i taught the next topic Rules to be followed while writing units using ict. The concept could be explained using ict effectively. The students was interested throughout the class. We left the school at 3.45 pm.

DAY 14-JULY 03

I reached the school on time and after signing attendance register .I went to the alloted class for us. Today I had one class in 8B in the third period. I began a new chapter there Basic constituents of matter. I took the introductory part Elements and molecules. We left the school at 3.45 pm.

Microteaching OF Second Semester

As a part of our curriculum we conducted the microteaching section on 10 August 2022 at our classroom.As a prospecting teacher this will help us to evaluate about ourselves and give a direction for our academic progress.Our beloved Teacher Mrs Fazda Miss take the duty of Facilitator.Everyone of us are very eagerly waiting for this day because this will encourage us to do differences in our way of teaching.Students are taken different microteaching skills and they are doing very much confidently at this time.The components of the skills are included in their teaching so as to become the learning.We are very glad to get the opportunity to express the way we teach.Shibina,Sidana, Aysha,Neeraja Subhalelshmi, Akhila ,Sreehari and me take different skills and do our best .The skill I selected for microteaching was skill of illustrating with example. This is an incredible opportunity for a teacher trainee as it improves our teaching skills and encourage us to do more corrections in teachi

NATIONAL CONFERENCE ON INNOVATIVE PRACTICES IN PEDAGOGIC PRACTICES

Our college for the first time conducted a national conference on "INNOVATIVE PRACTICES IN PEDAGOGIC PRACTICES ".It was a new experience for all of us. To experience the paper presentation by various persons makes an enlightened thought for all of us. It was something great for all we have.

Field visit 🤩

We started our feld trip on 20 october 2022.It was three day trip.We all are very excited for this trip.It was a new experience for all of us.We started our journey at 5.30pm at mevaram. We had our dinner at 9.30 in cherthala.All of us are very excited to see the morning vibe 0f wayanad.It was mesmerizing experience. We reacher our hotel at 7.00 am.This hotel was situated near banasur dam.We take a short nap and get ready for the day to start.we had our breakfast from lenz hotel at 9.00 am.At 9.30 we reached banasura dam.Banasura Sagar Dam, which impounds the Karamanathodu tributary of the Kabini River, is part of the Indian Banasurasagar Project consisting of a dam and a canal project started in 1979.The goal of the project is to support the Kakkayam Hydro electric power project and satisfy the demand for irrigation and drinking water in a region known to have water shortages in seasonal dry periods.
