SUPW program at FMTC

FMTC conducted an SUPW program on 22nd December 2021.Physical science, English, Mathematics and Social science departments conducted their SUPW on this day.

SUPW stands for 'Socially Useful Productive Work' and it comprises of many activities that students can enjoy besides learning something from them. It promotes culture and creativity in students.

We are informed to bring three craft works for each. But students brought more than that to make the exhibition colourful. Different kinds of creative works including painting,wall hangings, bottle art works, models etc were displayed.

I have made a newspaper canvas painting using newspaper , cardboard etc, a bird nest using thread spools and a flower vase with flowers using pistachio shells. I was very much excited to present my works.

We have arranged a food court with samosa, cutlet etc as starters, kuzhimandhi,tapioca and chutney as main course and ladoo , nancut etc as dessert.

In addition to developing individual skills,SUPW aims to help develop among the students the habit of work as community thinking, increase awareness of scientific advancements and develop a scientific outlook.

The day was really a memorable one 🥰

The community living camp's main aim is to make teachers more socially responsible and to strengthen their social relationships in the immediate community. The art of living in a multi-cultural setting is indeed a herculean task. Community teaches values such as honesty, mutual trust, healthy social relationships, mutual respect, equality of male and female, national integration, communal harmony, and religious tolerance through secular attitude and patience. FIFTH WEEK OF TEACHING PRACTICE5️⃣👩‍🏫

WEEKLY REPORT FROM 09/01/2023 to 13/01/2022 DAY 16 - JANUARY 9,2023 The first day of the Fifth week in MKLMHSS. We entered the school on regular time and signed the attendance register. We went to the place allocated to us and waited for the morning assembly to begin at 9:15 am, the students fall in the ground. After that we waited for the scheduling of substitution periods. During the lunch break, we served the midday meal to the students. Today I got class in 9I (6th period). I started the class with asking them about previous portions. All of them responded very well. School induction day 4

On the third day (18 January 2022) we reached the school at 9 am.After the morning duty I got 9 .C standard to take a class.It was very comfortable to take class .The students were very obedient.Next period I got 9.D class .I gave them an introduction to the topic carbon compounds.After this the students shared their online class experiences of lockdown time .
