SUPW program at FMTC

  FMTC conducted an SUPW program on 22nd December 2021.Physical science, English, Mathematics and Social science departments conducted their SUPW on this day.  SUPW stands for 'Socially Useful Productive Work' and it comprises of many activities that students can enjoy besides learning something from them. It promotes culture and creativity in students.  We are informed to bring three craft works for each. But students brought more than that to make the exhibition colourful. Different kinds of creative works including painting,wall hangings, bottle art works, models etc were displayed. I have made a newspaper canvas painting using newspaper , cardboard etc, a bird nest using thread spools and a flower vase with flowers using pistachio shells. I was very much excited to present my works. We have arranged a food court with samosa, cutlet etc as starters, kuzhimandhi,tapioca and chutney as main course and ladoo , nancut etc as dessert. Christmas celebration 🥳

  Christmas is a big festival of joy and happiness.It is celebrated on the birthday of Jesus christ.I am very excited to enjoy this  day with my friends.Celebration conducted on 23 December in our college It was a beautiful and memorable day for all of us.Everybody enjoy this day.Students were informed to wear red and white coloured dresses.It was a pleasent moment for all of us.The auditorium was decorated with colourful balloons and a Christmas tree is also arranged.The teachers was also excited to see the students.Gift were exchanged by the students between their Christmas friends .programmes were also conducted.It was a pleasent day for all of us.           We named the title of our Christmas celebration us "FELIZ NAVIDAD".As usual our assembly was began with the recitation of surat fathiaa.It is very sad that our beloved principal lekshmi mam was absent so Anamika miss welcomed us.key note adress and Christmas day message was given by Rev A.T.Thomas .His speech was outst

WHY LITERATURE..

  On 20 th December 2021 after the usual  assembly session , we were asked to stay in our seminar hall. A colleague of our vice chairman, Noushad Younus sir, Muhammed Hashim sir was there for a talk. He had an elaborate talk on the topic 'Why literature'. Hashim sir explained about the need of literature in our modern world. Also he added about his reviews about how he visualize the art of literature. He also told the students about the reading habit and how it can modify a persons mind to collaborate with the modern system and the way he can spectate the whole world in a different perspective. We had a good interactive section with him where our students asked him about the need of literature in a different way. A fine question was raised to him from Athul of english department that the difference between reading a book and viewing a film of the same story written by a particular author. FMTC SUBJECT ASSOCIATION

 December 09, 2021                                                                                                                                                                 Our subject association was held on 9th December 2021.As itself the name it represents the unity of all of us. Subject activity helps the students to know about the importance of the subject. These activities provide cooperation among the students who participated in these activities. It helps to develop the creativity of the students. These activities give new information about various things.                                          The inaugural function began by reciting surah fatiha. The whole program was compared by Athul. The inauguration was done by our chief guest of the day Dr Ashok Dcruz who was the former teacher of our college. He inspired and motivated all of us by his speech which was full of his past life experiences from where he came to be such a successful person.
