CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAMME 2022💗💗

As a part of our B ed curriculum capacity buliding programme was conducted on our college on 14-12-2022 under the supervision of Anupama Miss.The United Nations Development Group Capacity Development Guidelines presents a framework of capacity development comprising three interconnected levels of capacity: Individual, Institutional and Enabling Policy.Capacity-building is defined as the process of developing and strengthening the skills, instincts, abilities, processes and resources that organizations and communities need to survive, adapt, and thrive in a fast-changing world.Under the guidance of our beloved anupama miss we are performed our best to beautify the whole programme.

50 of us were divided into 3 groups and in group wise we are performed our performance. All the groups were participated maximum to this programme. Our teachers become overwhelmed by our performance and they appreciated us.The first group performed an act about articles of our constitution. They performed very well on this socially relevant topic.The second group performed drama which shows the pathetic condition of women jn our society. And the third group divided the group into 2 and each of the group performed a street play and dance about girl education.The main attraction of this programme was every one enjoys a lot and also they portrait women in our homes.It was a much delight experience for all of us.Our teachers appreciated our effort and also they all are overwhelmed.

The community living camp's main aim is to make teachers more socially responsible and to strengthen their social relationships in the immediate community. The art of living in a multi-cultural setting is indeed a herculean task. WEEKLY REPORT FROM 11/07/2023 to 14/07/2023 DAY 19- JULY 11,2023 The first day of the fifth week in MKLMHSS,Kannannalloor. We entered the school on regular time and signed the attendance register. Sports day

Fathima Memorial training college conducted a sports day on 29 October 2022.It was a mesmerizing experience for all of us.It was a great opportunity for most of the students who does not participated in sports in their school days.Most of the physical education hours has stolen by other subject teachers.For us it was an awesome experience. Teachers were also excitingly looking forward on this awesome day.our sports sir informed us to come on 8.00 am. After March parade of each group Olympics torch was handover by athulshankar.The main attraction of this sport day was our sir arranged rules and regulations of meet according to norms.So it was a different experience for all of us.
