  Independence day was celebrated on our college on 15 August 2022 at our college ground.Everyone of us are very excited to celebrate on this special day. All of us are dressed in white and we are excited to celebrate on this special day.The function was started with reciting fatiha to Almighty.The flag hoisting was done by our honorable chairman Mr Noushad sir with the background singing of Vandematram by the students and then addresses us and wishes us independance day.our principal lekshmy Mam explained us about the importance of this special day.I was really glad to be the part of Vandematram team. The college union was well prepared for the function.They are given us sweets.Then apatriotic competition was conducted among us.The day was spent very well.

    The college union inauguration was conducted on 11 August 2022 at our college auditorium.We named our union as AGNIMA .It was our privilege to attend such an awesome function.The function was started by offering pray to the Supreme Almighty.sidana recipes the Fatiha and a prayer dance was conducted by subhalekshmi and ferinajmal. our beloved principal Dr. Lekshmi miss welcome all of us to the function. Presidential address was take over by our beloved secretary Mr.shajahan younus. He Described about us the institution and how this institution will become most rated teacher institution in kollam.   As a part of our curriculum we conducted the microteaching section on 10 August 2022 at our classroom.As a prospecting teacher this will help us to evaluate about ourselves and give a direction for our academic progress.Our beloved Teacher Mrs Fazda Miss take the duty of Facilitator.Everyone of us are very eagerly waiting for this day because this will encourage us to do differences in our way of teaching.Students are taken different microteaching skills and they are doing very much confidently at this time.The components of the skills are included in their teaching so as to become the learning.We are very glad to get the opportunity to express the way we teach.Shibina,Sidana, Aysha,Neeraja Subhalelshmi, Akhila ,Sreehari and me take different skills and do our best .The skill I selected for microteaching was skill of illustrating with example.   This is an incredible opportunity for a teacher trainee as it improves our teaching skills and encourage us to do more correct...

As the part of the Pi day, we weren't able to conduct programmes based on it. As some programmes of our college were scheduled on that day we postponed our programmes and reconstructed every steps. Thus we came to the conclusion of organising an international film festival. The department of mathematics discussed with tutor and she waved a green signal. Then we discussed with our Principal and got her approval to celebrate it on March 30th, 2022. Then the day came, we were all excited. We organised an inaugural session, a talk session and an international film was played. Inauguration was done by Anil Kizhakkidath, Short film Director.  As part of b.ed curriculum we are responsible for celebrating all of our important days in our calender. As we all know that March 8th is womens day,we the students of all batch planned to have a wonderful programme arranged for that day at college. The chief guest was Sri M R JAYA GEETHA. As usual we all came to college. Several programmes where arranged by different options. Acting famous Women personalities,dance programmes,etc was arranged from our side.   The chief guest inagurated the Programme.Then we started with our programmes. We have arranged a show of acting out famous women personalities.Dance programme was also arranged by maths option. It was a nice experience in acting out and showing the importance of women power. Thanking our respected principal maam for giving us such a wonderful experience..😍😍😍  

  Field Trip are organised visit of teachers and students to immediate or distant places to enrich learning experience and to improve the quality of learning . It creates spirit of scientific enquiry and real-time experiences rather than seeking bookish knowledge. It improves social relations. We can obtain a real world experience. Every destination is a new experience. Travelling is something that refreshes our mind, body and soul. Teaching-learning process should not be contracted or shrinked to books only. A good journey can enhance our learning process.  The most awaited journey started from Mevaram at sharp 4.30 a.m. Students were present on time. Some were picked on the way. We had our breakfast from Kuttikanam at 8.30 a.m. We spent almost an hour and a half there and then continued our journey. By 10.30 a.m. we reached Suicide Point, Wagamon.
